My Steam friends list is empty here
Steam only shares a friends list that is public, and that is a separate setting from profile visibility. In Steam: Edit Profile, then Privacy Settings, then set Friends List to Public. You never need it to party up — the party code on the Play page works without Steam entirely.
I have a matchmaking cooldown
Leaving a match after it is found gives the next search a delay, and leaving again makes it longer. The Play button counts the time down, so you can watch it run out. The ladder resets 24 hours after your last one.
I want to cancel or change my plan
Both live on your Account page. Cancelling keeps what you paid for until the period you already bought runs out. The terms are in Billing and cancellation, and if you are in the EU or UK, your right of withdrawal.
I want my data, or I want it deleted
Write to privacy@lfcounter.com rather than to support, so it is not queued behind match questions. What we hold and how long we hold it is in the Privacy Policy.
